Hourly Rate

All work is charged at an hourly rate of £15.00 to include administration, correspondence, tables, invoices, template design, mail merge, and author’s amendments or additions, or in the case of handwritten copy, amendments due to the author’s bad handwriting. Time is carefully recorded and rounded up to the nearest minute.

 

Free Back-up and Storage

All client documents are backed-up and saved indefinitely. We make no charge for this service.

 

Free Basic Templates

We supply basic templates for everyday items such as memos, correspondence, attendance notes etc. completely free of charge.

 

Other Costs

Materials and postage will be charged at cost. Byrnewells do not add any premium when passing these costs on to the client.  

 

Email

Any email from Byrnewells to the client free of charge. Any email sent to a third party on behalf of the client is charged at 35p.

 

Telephone Calls

Telephone calls will be charged on a time basis.

 

Fax Transmissions

Faxes sent to recipients in the UK will be  charged at  20p per page thereafter.   Faxes sent to recipients outside the UK will be charged at 40p per page.

 

Payment Terms

Accounts become due for payment 14 days from date of invoice.  Invoices are sent out on a monthly basis for regular users and these are produced in pdf format and can be read on any system using Acrobat Reader.  Please follow the link on the Contacts page for a free copy of this program.

 

Please Note

All documents are read through and checked carefully on completion but no-one is infallible. Ultimately clients are themselves responsible for proof-reading completed work. Although we are happy to correct any error made by us, we will not be held liable for more than the cost of producing the work in question.
